The NEW burster 9307 DigiForce expands the capability of the current 9306 and 9310 instruments providing faster response, higher precision and more versitility. This multi channel instrument is capable of signature analysis, cross channel calculations and custom data analysis. The 9307 Digiforce broadens the application capability from Press Force, Torque to Turn, Dimensional Gauging, Riveting, etc.

Intuitive operation, using a color graphical display and easy to read menu tools, quickly provides the user with a measurement and quality control system. The precise control of interferance fit, insertion, jointing, riveting, clinching and calking processes as well as a host of process monitoring capabilities are among the numerous attributes of the 9307. The dependability of the measurement and reliability of the instrument are inherant with the burster name.

DIGICONTROL Sofware allows complete configuration of controller parameters into individual measurement programs and creation of multiple configurations. It displays graphical co-ordinate sets allowing you to zoom in on specific test points on a signature curve and collect data. Up to 8 sequential cycles can be run with individual pass/ fail criteria and graphical curves using one device. Part Serial numbers can be collected or generated sequentially and stored with the data.
