9307 DigiForce, Multi channel Press Force Monitor & Functional Tester
The NEW burster 9307 DigiForce expands the capability of the current 9306 and 9310 providing faster response, higher precision and more versitility. This multi channel instrument is capable of signature analysis, cross channel calculations and custom data analysis. The 9307 broadens the application capability from Press Force, Torque to Turn, Dimensional Gauging, Riveting, etc.
The intuitive operation, using a color graphical display and easy to read menu tools, quickly provides the user with a measurement and quality control system. The precise control of interferance fit, insertion, jointing, riveting, clinching and calking processes as well as a host of process monitoring capabilities are among the numerous attributes of the 9307. The dependability of the measurement and reliability of the instrument are inherant with the burster brand.

The latest imc Data Acquisition System that is Flexible, Compact and Versitile for Portable and Facility Data Acquisition and Control applications. The Cronos Flex is idea for Strain Gauge, Accelerometers, Displacement Sensors, Force and / or Torque measurement. Data Sample Rates up to 100,000 samples per sec. Selectable Excitation of 2.5, 5, 10, 15 or 24 Vdc.
Bridge Completion for 1/4, 1/2 or Full Bridge configurations, 120, 350 and 1000 ohm gauges. TEDS and a Sensor database is available.
The communication between modules employs EtherCat, for reliable and high speed data collection.
Extensive Data Analysis and Automation software provides solutions for a wide range of applications in Aerospace, Automotive and Rail Car Testing / Certification. LAN, WAN and On-board storage are all available.
