Frameless modular measurement system for electromechanical testing

imc CRONOSflex gives you a degree of flexibility never before possible. By simply clicking an imc CRONOSflex module, or modules, to a base unit, you've created a complete system, with exactly the number of channels you need. No cables between cards, no half empty mainframe rack, and no expansion chassis to squeeze in one more channel. A perfect fit every time: from test stand and bench top, to mobile testing environments, the modular imc CRONOSflex measurement system provides you with the versatility you need for day-to-day changes, over a diverse range of measurement and control tasks, but without the need to make any sacrifices of performance or ease of use.

Sealed data acquisition system for electromechanical testing under harsh conditions

Measurements performed under harsh environmental conditions, such as extreme hot and cold temperatures, water spray, and intense vibration, require appropriately protected test equipment. The imc CRONOS-SL is designed to maintain its full precision, dynamics and flexibility even when operating in the toughest environments. Measurement amplifi ers are individually configured at build time. imc CRONOS-SL is a system tailored to your needs for direct connection of virtually any signals and sensors. The two available housing sizes can be equipped with 2 or 4 modules from a broad selection of versatile and universally applicable I/O options. They not only comprise full analog input conditioning and filtering – additionally any measurement channels can be subjected to freely defi ned real-time calculations and analysis directly within the system.

Sized to be easily portable, yet surprisingly versatile, the imc C‑SERIES is also a powerhouse of capability: from the analog inputs with integrated signal conditioning, to the digital I/O, counter inputs, analog outputs, CAN I/O, and included real‑time imc Online FAMOS data processing and control system – everything you need to set up a quick test is, literally, in the palm of your hand! Regardless of where your testing takes you – from the field to the lab – the all‑in‑one concept of the imc C‑SERIES systems means that you will always have everything you need at your fingertips. And since onboard flash storage gives you the freedom to run interactively or stand‑alone, you can easily setup an overnight test and won‘t have to worry about leaving your laptop behind. Furthermore, the UPS battery backup ensures safe operations, even if the power is less than reliable at your testing site. In‑vehicle testing is also an area where the feature packed imc C‑SERIES can really offer a boost to your testing productivity. Equipped with the most up-to-date, high-precision measurement amplifi ers, imc CANSAS modules allow for direct connection to all typical sensors and signals in the mechatronic environment. The digitized measurement signals exit as CAN messages and can be read and recorded by any measurement, automation or control system with a CAN interface. Additionally, imc CANSAS modules can operate in extended temperature ranges and endure strong vibrations and shocks.

Integrated Data Acquisition & Control Solutions

Whether we're talking about a development test stand, an E-o-L electric motor test stand or the testing of components—today's test stand measurement systems must be able to quickly integrate, be extremely efficient and remain flexible. The imc measurement systems offer you the possibility to directly connect and synchronize with any analog or digital signal or sensor.
