2400Q, AC Servo Nutrunner

- Torque ranges up to 40 Nm depending on model
- Maximum RPM ranges up to 410 rpm
- Torque transducer with built-in amplifier and AC/DC converter board
- Improved noise resistance by transferring AC/DC converted digital signals to controller
- Controller memory can store up to 2700 curves
- External moments can be absorbed by housing, eliminating zero-balance fluctuations
The 2400Q Nutrunner offers a more compact configuration ideal for applications where Inline space is limited.
The compact housing accommodates all integral parts; torque transducer, gears, motor and encoder. External moments can be absorbed by the housing to eliminate zero-balance fluctuations of torque transducer.
With over 20 years of experience, Coretec has increased reliability of tightening quality over evolving generations. The new CPS controller has all the common interfaces to the PLC for sequence control, part serialization and data transfer,
The space conscious design allows for multiple spindles in close proximity for small torquing applications.
Torque transducer has built-in amplifier and digital control signals improve noise resistance by transferring AC/DC converted digital signals to the controller.
With its on-board ID chip communicates the Tool Type to the controller for easy tool change with no analog adjustments.
Multiple Tightening Methods have been integrated into one program structure so full operations from start of tightening to finish can be performed by a single program (32 steps max.)
The CPS controller can store up to 31 programs, with set routines such as yield point control method as well as torque control and angle control.
The controller performs signature analysis on the Torque vs. Angle plot and it's internal memory can store up to 2700 curves.
