Wireless Data Transmission using Telemetry

Precise and Dynamic measurements from sensors & energy sources, that are transmitted wirelessly and converted to analog signals or engineering units, as part of a data stream.

For measurements on rotating components and moving machinery, we offer modern telemetry systems for a wide variety of tasks. Whether it be single-channel torque monitoring of a rotating shaft, multi-channel strain gauge and/or temperature measurements on a train wheel or non-contact power measurement on a vehicle drivetrain, these systems are intended for use in harsh environments. There are transmitters available for a large variety of sensors, such as strain gauge (quarter-, half- and full-bridge), thermocouples, PT100/1000, as well as IEPE sensors and voltage signals.

Single Channel Telemetry

  • Ideal for Strain Gauged rotating shafts
  • Full Bridge / Half Bridge or Type K TC
  • Battery or Inductive Powered Transmitter
  • Bandwidth up to 1200 Hz
  • Temperature Range, -10 to 80° (-40 to 125°C opt.)
  • Rectangular Transmitter or Flexible PCB

  • Sample Rate 4800 Hz across all channels
  • Temperature Range, -40 to 85° (-40 to 125°C opt.)
  • 6 Analog Output Chns / Receiver

  • Analog Output or Digital Communication

  • Synchronization with CronosFlex data using DCF 77, GPS, IRIG-B or NTP
