eNod4-C, Weight Checker and Sorting Controller

The eNod4-C automatically checks and calculates moving weight and applies tolerance to sorting objects.

It offers high resolution, fast response and flexible communication.

Dynamic weight cycle:

• start weighing is triggers
• after a set settling time, measurement takes place and weight is calculated
• Automatic compares threshold and sorts by pass or rejects parts
• dynamic zero functions
• statistical functions

Ejection Management:

• Target weight and tolerances management
• Digital output for ejection of out of tolerance weights (or in tolerance.)
• Configurable delay and activation time of the digital output
• Up to five results between the weighing and the ejection locations.

4 Digital filtering levels allowing to always reach a quick and stable measurement in noisy environments.

Filter types: A/D converter low pass filter; Low pass filter with adjustable order and cut-off frequency; Notch filter with adjustable frequency band; Self-adaptive filter designed for static weighing.
