The FN7325 stands at the forefront of multiaxial measurement technology, integrating advanced strain gauge technology within Wheatstone full bridges to deliver precise multi-dimensional force and torque readings. This sensor is adept at measuring up to six channels — Fx, Fy, Fz for force, and Mx, My, Mz for torque — making it a versatile tool for complex testing scenarios. Customers can select the channels according to their specific needs, such as the FN7325-M6-ZLM model, which focuses on three channels (Fz, Mx, & My) with an M6 sensor design.
Engineered to cater to diverse requirements, the FN7325 offers multiple design configurations and options, including integrated amplifiers (A1 or A2) and various connector or cable outputs. Its interfaces are customizable, ensuring seamless integration into existing systems according to customer specifications.
As a 6-component load cell, the FN7325 excels in measuring forces up to 250 kN (50 klbf) and torques up to 7000 Nm, with minimal cross-effects. It measures force in three directions (X, Y, Z) and torque in three directions (Mx, My, Mz), providing a comprehensive solution for multiaxial measurements. This load cell is particularly useful in applications where space and complexity are concerns, offering a streamlined alternative to employing multiple single-axis units.
