This model boasts exceptional thermal performance, maintaining less than 2.0% total error band and less than 0.1% linearity accuracy over a full operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. It incorporates a gas-damped variable capacitance MEMS sensing element with integral over-range stops, providing high-g shock protection.
