4801A - Description

The Model 4801A defines precision and durability in the realm of MEMS accelerometers. Housed in a robust stainless steel casing, this accelerometer is hermetically sealed to withstand harsh environments, making it suitable for a wide array of applications from flight to vehicle testing. Its gas-damped variable capacitance MEMS sensing elements ensure superior performance across the entire operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. With a dynamic range of ±2g to ±200g and bandwidth extending from DC to 2000Hz, the 4801A provides exceptional accuracy and linearity, with less than 2.0% total error band and less than 0.1% linearity accuracy. Designed for 4 to 30Vdc excitation voltage, it features a #10-32 stud mounting and comes with a detachable model 340A cable assembly for ease of installation.
