The RT8 and RT9 Rotary Encoders are engineered to meet the demands of the most challenging industrial environments. Constructed from either aluminum or stainless steel and certified with IP67 and IP68 ratings, these encoders ensure durability and resistance to harsh conditions. They are designed to provide absolute rotary measurements with an exceptional accuracy range of ±0.15% to ±1.25%, making them ideal for critical positioning tasks in heavy industrial settings.
These encoders come with a variety of output options including voltage divider, 0 - 5 V, 0 - 10 V, 4 - 20 mA, incremental encoder, CANbus, and DeviceNet™, accommodating a wide range of industrial communication standards. Their capability to handle 0 - 0.125 to 0 - 200 turns offers extensive flexibility for applications requiring precise multi-turn measurements. Additionally, both models are equipped with CSA and CENELEC certifications, making them suitable for hazardous area applications.
The RT8 model, with its compact dimensions of 65 x 100 mm, and the RT9, slightly larger at 115 x 60 mm, are both designed to integrate seamlessly into various industrial setups.
