The LBB Air-Extend Ultra-Precision Gage Heads stand out for their precision in measuring tasks requiring minimal contact force. These gage heads incorporate a linear ball bearing design to significantly reduce radial movement and friction, ensuring high measurement accuracy. They are built to last, with a replaceable tungsten carbide contact tip and a double-shielded LVDT for consistent performance. The air-extend feature allows for controlled gaging force through adjustable air pressure (5 to 15 PSI), making them suitable for delicate or finely finished parts.
