KS813B - Description

The KS813B Triaxial Accelerometer is designed for durability and precision in demanding industrial settings. Featuring a rugged stainless steel construction and an IP67 rating, it guarantees protection against dust and water ingress. Its insulated base prevents ground loops, ensuring accurate measurements. The accelerometer operates with an IEPE output and has a voltage sensitivity of 100 mV/g within a measurement range of ±55 g, withstanding up to 4000 g before destruction. Transverse sensitivity is kept below 5%, maintaining fidelity in readings.

Frequency responses range from 0.2 Hz to 10 kHz at a 3 dB limit, with resonant frequencies exceeding 15 kHz. It offers a stable bias voltage, low output impedance, and minimal residual noise across a wide band. The sensor's performance remains consistent over a temperature range of -20 to 90 °C and includes various cable and mounting accessories.
