The Q-Daq represents a significant advancement in pressure scanning technology, combining the functionality of a high-precision pressure scanner with a rugged quick disconnect (SQDC) system within a single miniature device. It features 16 precision absolute sensors that work seamlessly with its acquisition electronics to deliver data via a configurable Ethernet interface. The Q-Daq is designed to operate across a wide temperature range from -55 to +100ºC, thanks to its thermal compensation and integrated heater, ensuring reliable performance under extreme conditions.
With an emphasis on ease of use and flexibility, the Q-Daq includes an integrated SQDC interface that accommodates both flexible and solid tubing of varying sizes. This quick disconnect capability allows for rapid integration and removal from measurement systems. The device supports Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) for streamlined power and data connectivity, utilizing a standard M12 connector. Additionally, it incorporates IEEE 1588 PTPv2 time stamping, achieving microsecond resolution in data timestamping, crucial for synchronized, high-accuracy measurements.
