The M14 vibration monitor is designed for comprehensive monitoring of unbalanced and bearing vibrations in rotating machinery, conforming to ISO 10816 and ISO 20816 standards. It supports frequency-selective monitoring through FFT analysis, allowing for detailed monitoring of specific frequency bands.
The device is compatible with IEPE sensors and offers RMS and peak monitoring. Users can configure the monitor via the front-side USB interface or remotely through RS-485 with MODBUS RTU protocol. The M14 also includes programmable high-pass and low-pass filters to customize the monitoring range for specific applications.
The M14 provides relay outputs for alarm and warning signals, with programmable thresholds and delays. It also features an isolated 4-20 mA current loop output, enabling integration with other control systems. The front panel includes an LED level bar graph, providing a visual representation of vibration levels in real-time.
Designed for industrial environments, the M14 is housed in a durable ABS case and is stackable on a 35 mm DIN rail, with power and communication connections integrated into the bus connectors.
