VibroSmart VSV301, DIN Rail Mount Conditioners

The VibroSmart VSV301 is a compact, high-performance vibration monitoring and protection module that integrates into distributed monitoring systems for rotating machinery. It features two independent dynamic vibration input channels, along with an auxiliary channel that can be used for tachometer signals or DC input. Designed to handle harsh industrial environments, including explosive atmospheres and high temperatures, it offers flexibility with a modular and scalable architecture.

The VSV301 provides advanced signal processing capabilities such as FFT analysis with up to 1600 lines, synchronous sampling, and real-time data acquisition. It offers extensive alarm configuration with up to four alarms per output, ensuring reliable machinery protection. Communication is supported via real-time Ethernet (SBUS), enabling easy integration with a plant-wide monitoring system.
