F-Scan64, Wireless In-Shoe Gait Analysis System

- Fully wireless in-shoe system with Bluetooth™ connectivity
- Compact, micro-sized electronics for unrestricted movement
- Thin, pre-sized pressure sensors for natural gait assessment
- Scanning speed of up to 100 Hz for dynamic gait activities
- Real-time pressure and force data collection
- Center of Force (CoF) tracking for foot function analysis
The F-Scan64 System is an advanced, wireless in-shoe gait analysis tool that enables natural movement assessment without external cables or restrictions. Designed for clinical and research applications, the system consists of thin, pre-sized pressure sensors and Bluetooth-enabled cuffs that attach to the shoelaces or tongue of the footwear. This setup allows for seamless data collection of essential gait parameters, including pressure distribution, force measurement, and Center of Force (CoF) trajectory.
The system automatically calculates step time, stride time, stance time, and swing time, providing a detailed breakdown of the gait cycle. Users can segment the foot for deeper analysis, isolating high-pressure areas and tracking pre- and post-intervention progress. The lightweight and compact design allows for freedom of movement, making it suitable for analyzing dynamic activities such as squats, lunges, and running gait.
- Clinical gait analysis for assessing foot pressure distribution and movement asymmetries
- Rehabilitation tracking to monitor patient progress post-surgery or injury
- Dynamic movement assessment including squats, lunges, and other weight-bearing exercises
- Orthotic and footwear evaluation for pressure distribution analysis
- Sports biomechanics research for optimizing movement efficiency and injury prevention
- Balance and postural control testing for neurological and musculoskeletal disorders
- Pediatric gait studies for monitoring developmental walking patterns
