The MicroDAQ2 is a compact, rugged interface unit for high-speed pressure data acquisition. It features integrated signal processing and temperature compensation, delivering fully calibrated engineering-unit data over Ethernet (TCP/IP or UDP) and CAN 2.0B. The unit includes multiple A/D converters to capture pressure and temperature data simultaneously, with live compensation to avoid thermal drift.
Users can configure the device via an embedded web server or control multiple MicroDAQ2 units using MicroDAQX software, which also supports data logging and file synchronization across up to 16 devices. The interface outputs time-synchronized data using IEEE 1588 PTPv2 and is compatible with all TE/PSI DTC pressure scanners (32 or 64 channel).
Its rugged aluminum enclosure is sealed to IP54 and tested to DO160E/F vibration and shock standards, making it suitable for vehicle, flight, and field-mounted applications.
