BasicLine BL 513 - Description

The BasicLine BL 513 is a compact DIN-rail signal isolator designed for reliable transmission of standard analog signals in industrial applications. It accepts current (0–20 mA, 4–20 mA) or voltage (0–10 V) inputs and provides the same signal types at the output, enabling easy conversion and isolation between field and control levels.

The BL 513 provides galvanic 3-port isolation between input, output, and power supply, eliminating ground loops and ensuring accurate measurements even in noisy environments. With a cutoff frequency greater than 100 Hz and a low gain error of less than 0.3 % full scale, the BL 513 guarantees stable, interference-free signal processing.

It features a universal power supply, operating either from 24 V DC or directly from 100–230 V AC mains, simplifying integration in diverse systems. Its modular 12.5 mm housing with DIN-rail mounting ensures quick installation while saving panel space.
