The MR-Q7-1500LE-D(HI) is designed to optimize material transport in automotive, 3C electronics, food, pharmaceutical, and logistics industries. Its robust build supports loads of up to 1500 kg with a maximum capacity of 1800 kg, making it ideal for heavy-duty operations.

Equipped with a combination of Laser SLAM, Visual SLAM, and 2D barcode navigation, the robot achieves highly accurate localization and path planning, even in complex environments. Its dual-wheel differential drive allows smooth forward, backward, and rotational movement.

Safety is a core design principle, with integrated front laser obstacle detection (260°/20 m range), pneumatic bumper strips, emergency stop functions, and audible alarms to ensure secure operation in dynamic factory settings.

The electric lifting platform provides stable handling with a 60 mm stroke and adjustable lifting speed. Motion performance is optimized, delivering running speeds up to 1800 mm/s unloaded and 1500 mm/s under rated load, with braking distances designed for safe stops under both conditions.

Power is supplied by a LiFePO4 battery system, offering 6–8 hours of runtime and fast recharge within 1.5 hours. The system is CB certified, supporting reliable performance and extended cycle life. A user-friendly touch screen provides real-time operational feedback and easy interaction.

This model integrates seamlessly into connected factory systems through Wi-Fi and roaming capability, making it a versatile solution for automating intra-factory logistics.
