The TFD-4000 Series NOVOHALL Transducer provides precise, contactless linear position feedback using Hall-effect magnetic field sensing. Its compact, flat construction and two-piece design (sensor and magnetic marker) make it ideal for applications with limited installation space or where mechanical decoupling is required.
Using a ratiometric output (5 % to 95 % of supply voltage), the TFD-4000 ensures stable signal performance with minimal drift. It features a rugged plastic housing rated up to IP69, allowing reliable use in industrial, mobile, or outdoor environments exposed to dust, moisture, vibration, and oil.
With a resolution up to 12 bits, mechanically unlimited life, and available redundant channel options, this sensor offers long-term precision and safety in position and angle measurement. Optional position markers and custom configurations are available to suit specific integration needs.
