The Dytran model 3006A is a moisture resistant, high sensitivity single axis IEPE accelerometer with an overall weight of 12 grams.
Featuring a stainless steel construction, 100 mV/g sensitivity, 10-32 mounting hole and low noise JFET electronics, the model 3006A incorporates a 10-foot integral cable with a splash-proof boot at the point of sensor and cable connection. The cable-to-accelerometer boot seal makes it possible for the sensor to be temporarily submerged during testing. Units are hermetically sealed for reliable operation in high humidity and dirty environments, and case isolated to avoid EMI/ground loop interference.
