VibSys is a vibration monitoring system with an integrated cloud gateway, designed for continuous monitoring of rotating machinery. The system supports two independent vibration channels, and multiple devices can be connected to scale the system for larger applications. VibSys acquires data from high-quality accelerometers with a high signal-to-noise ratio, ensuring precise and reliable vibration monitoring.
The system functions as a gateway, acquiring and pre-processing vibration data from sensors and transferring it to data analysis platforms via an API. This allows seamless integration with various platforms for further data processing and analysis, without compromising data quality or availability. VibSys also supports the processing of additional parameters, such as speed signals, and offers a 4-20 mA output for direct connection to PCs or other control systems.
